Menu makan malam (dinner) pada diet 1975 Jepang selama 7 hari yang telah diteliti memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap kesehatan. 

Selain sarapan pagi (breakfast), makan malam (dinner) juga merupakan makan besar pada orang Jepang dengan menu yang lengkap, nasi, lauk, dan sayur.
